Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from Guangzhou, China. For eligible US addresses, processing normally takes 1–2 business days and transit an estimated 5–8 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Check available services and final charges at checkout.
How do returns work?
Contact support@foldnix.com within 30 days of delivery before mailing a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Customers cover change-of-mind return postage; we cover postage for wrong items or quality issues. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received. Payment-provider credit times vary.
