Shipping Info
Foldnix provides tracked shipping options based on the delivery address entered at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Options and Cost
- North America: Free Standard Shipping is currently available for eligible addresses.
- International destinations: Available methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout based on your address and the order.
The shipping option displayed at checkout is the source of truth for your order.
Delivery Timing
Transit time varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. An estimated transit time may be shown at checkout when available. After dispatch, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest status.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Foldnix does not guarantee a fixed arrival date unless one is explicitly shown for the selected service at checkout.
Address Changes
If the shipping address is incorrect, contact support@foldnix.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Delays, Missing Tracking, or Delivery Questions
If tracking has not updated or you have a delivery question, email support@foldnix.com with your order number. We will help review the available shipment information.
