Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for 30 days from delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including all accessories like the MagSafe adapter and storage pouch).
  • Returns for product defects or shipping mistakes caused by us are fully supported.
  • Non-returnable items: Customized products or items damaged due to improper use.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective/incorrect items: We provide a pre-paid return label and cover all associated shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable courier to avoid lost packages.

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a return request via [suppor@foldnix.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions (including our return address).
  3. We inspect the item upon receipt (typically within 3-5 business days).
  4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after successful inspection. Cash refunds are not offered.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different color or size, complete the return process first, then place a new order. We’ll prioritize shipping your replacement once the return is confirmed.

5. Late/Ineligible Requests

  • Returns received after 30 days: We reserve the right to decline the request or offer a partial refund.
  • Items not meeting eligibility criteria: Will be returned to you at your own expense.
